The quality of the leather, the slots for flashlight, pencil, and weatherman tool are good. The selling point for me is the ability to clip this onto my belt as opposed to threading through a slot. This makes it easier to pull off when getting in the truck and clipping it back on when getting out. The clip holds it securely so it won't accidentally fall off when bending or sitting.

I'm a mechanic, so I carry a Streamlight Wedge, a Sog multi-tool,and a Smith & Wesson pen. It's tough to find a comfortable way to carry it in addition to the knife and other things on my belt or in my pocket so I gave this a try. I'm really liking this one because it has two clips that makes it easy to remove and lets it ride low so that it's not jabbing me in the side when I sit down. My only complaint is the sleeve for the pen is so tight that my aluminum pen barely fits. I keep wetting the leather and working the pen in and out to stretch it. Otherwise it's a great purchase!

Be careful about the flashlight size. I got a light that should have fit, but if it has a side light. There is a good chance that it won't fit in the flashlight holder.

I love this sheath for a few reasons, they are as follows : it fits on my belt easily, it fits my multi-tool and my flashlight just perfect, it looks great, doesn't get in way of other pockets, at least for me, and makes everything extremely accessible. I have gotten some comments on how it looks. I hardly can tell it's there and because of these reasons some others that know me have gotten it as well after asking me about it. 10 thumbs up so far
