Revised: The seller did finally reach out to me and corrected the issue. Sent me a new one to rectify the problem. They said they would include contact information in the future. It took a while overall, but they fixed it and didn't require any effort on my part after that.
I bought this trampoline based on the warranty. No warranty physically came with the trampoline and it's nowhere to be found. Not even a phone number or email address of any kind. Need a replacement mat as it got a hole within 1 month. Seller does not respond and I can find no replacement mat to fit this trampoline. The 108 7" springs mat is no where to be found. A lot of money down the drain.

This trampoline is A+ so far (had it for 2 weeks) I did a bit of research before buying this trampoline and I'm happy to report I chose a good one! This trampoline was easy to assemble (2 person job ideally) and has so far shown to be sturdy and durable. My 10 year old daughter just loves it! One of the best parts about this trampoline is that everything came in one box and nothing was missing! I read a lot of reviews of other trampolines where this was not the case. This trampoline is a good product for a good price.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my grand daughters on the occasion of their 7th birthday and I had some friends set it up while we were away camping. They tell me it was a bit tricky, but keep in mind it was done at night, after a number of beers, so....
When they got home and saw it they went ballistic. They have not broken anything and are still having a great time on it a month later. I was torn between the 10 ft one and a full sized one but as you can see from the video it is definitely big enough for 2,3,4 kids, and despite their father's best efforts it did not break with an " adult" jumping his hardest. Definitely worth the money.

The product was everything I expected, however it was very hard getting it to my house. It was delivered to the wrong address and laid there for days. I had to get someone with a truck to get it for me. That is not good business
