I am never been comfortable buying furniture without seeing in person but took the risk and so far was worth it. I was very pleased with appearance at first sight. Assembly took about 10 seconds, back just slides right into place, plug in and ready to use. Very comfortable, perfect size, love the recliner and rocker!! Color is perfect as well. Comes as 2 pieces and you stick the back into the base of the chair and plug it in. It's quite heavy but my husband got it in the house by himself. Came really fast. I would highly recommend it, seems like great quality and has a 1 year warranty just with purchase so I did not purchase the 2 year extended. Hopefully it holds up. I think it will.

Chair arrived on time. Boxed well. Simple assembly by just pushing top onto bottom. Seemed a little stiff at first but is quite comfortable. The power part works really well. Its quiet and smooth. Im very happy so far. I hope it lasts for years
