I was really impressed with this jacket. I decided to pick skiing back up after almost 15 years, so I didn't want to spend $300 on a jacket just in case, but my winter parka is far too bulky for skiing. I took a chance on this and I wasn't disappointed. It was SUPER warm - especially in the core - and had great movement so I didn't feel bulky or restricted. The wrists especially weren't bulky so I could fit my gloves over nicely. I liked the chest pocket as well. My only complaint is that it could use some interior pockets for wallet or phone, as many of my winter outerwear has. Other than that, I'm super happy - definitely competes with high end brands they sell at ski shops but for a true fraction of the price.

It was one of the few with good reviews for warmth, and it is great for cold temps, I've used it in negative temps and stayed warm! I wish the pockets were a bit larger, I can fit my otterbox iPhone vertically, but it isn't easy to do. The zipper material on the pockets is also not the most comfortable. The hood is nice, but difficult to Velcro under the chin. A little more length would be nice. One thing to note: they are not all equal sizing. My daughter and I both ordered a medium. Hers fit me perfectly, but mine was tight in the shoulders and short in the sleeves. I exchanged mine for a large, it is more comfortable and a little wide in the shoulders, but otherwise fits well.

Bought this for my daughter for a ski trip. It's sharp looking and it kept her very warm. It is a bit stiff and not as long as it looks in the picture. My daughter is 5' 5" and 125 lbs and the size medium was only JUST big enough for her whereas in most other clothing a size small is perfect for her. I recommend sizing up.
