I bought this chair for my 93 year old grandma,it helps assist in raising her up so we can take her to the bathroom. She loves that it is warm and gives her massages.She says its better than a car seat. I disliked when we first unboxed it alot of defects in the material but I knew we'd be putting a cover over it and she'd have accidents when sitting in it. I just expect when you buy something that it wouldn't look like someone previously owned it and scratched it or dropped chocolate syrup all over it

It came on two different large boxes. They did not come in at the same time but that was ok. The pieces slid together perfectly and all the wires connected perfectly as they were color matched. There were no instructions but none were needed. All the hardware was there and nothing was missing. Thanks for a great product. It has been great so far. My mom loves it as it helps her rest and get up flawlessly. Before she would not sit on the sofa because she had a hard time getting back up. Thanks again!

Got this for my 75 yr old SIL who was having trouble getting out of her old recliner. So once she moved in with us we bought her one and she loves it! She complained of course that she didn't need one, but that's the only chair she sits in now and she loves it! Not too keen on the features like the back massager and the heat but it's there for her if she ever wants to use it which I thought was a plus..other hand, My husband loves it!

,This was a gift for my father. He loves it. He is 90 and used the vibration most. The remote control does not work. Had to plug in to start and unplug to turn off. I will have to order a new control. If the control , it would have been perfect.
