The media could not be loaded. I bought a 2008 Catalina 250 sailboat with a broken stove and tried to contact the manufacturer who is out of business and could find no one to service it, including myself after several tries.
The rub was in that the stove fits into a cut out in my galley and only this stove and one other fit with those dimensions and this one looks much much nicer!

The write-up was not clear as to what source of ignition this stove-top required, so we prepared for both AC electric and battery operated. Turns out, it takes a "D" cell battery, which requires lifting the cooktop up to insert.
The cooktop looks really great with the black-glass surface and the shiny stainless steel inserts. The burner pot-holding surfaces are black which finishes out the look. The overall look and feel is well-balanced. We hope to get many years of use out of it.
