I didn't have my glasses on and, I ordered this by phone app. What I didn't realize until after install is there is 'NO KEY' The lock function is purely for notification not to enter a room. There isn't a keyhole or a key just a slot for putting a dime or nickel in to unlock the door. If you are looking for an inexpensive replacement lock that needs to be secure, keep searching. Other than that, the handle design is sturdy and fit well in my standard garage door. The lock knob is solid/sturdy. Just do not lean into this or back into this knob, it has sharp edges and will hurt. The handle looks as if it will last for years. The finish 'brushed aluminum' is clean but there is no coating. The latch plate has flat sharp corners and will require you to chisel out the rounded edges of your latch hole for the door handle if yours is rounded on the corners like mine was.

This lock was easy to install, and seemed to be of good quality. Unfortunately, it appeared based on other reviews that you can't re-key it very easily and I needed to have other deadbolts in the house keyed to match so I ended up returning it. Easy return process.
