I had purchased a different, similar device and was very unhappy with it, so I returned it. Without having much hope, I purchased this device, and was I surprised! This little device is so easy to use and works perfectly. I can now share files between my PC and my 3 apple devices - iphone, ipod and ipad. The apple app you download to use the device is easy to understand, and very powerful. I know this has nothing to do with the function of the device, but it comes in the most cleverly designed black box. I'm going to keep this box and not toss it like most packaging I get. Two thumbs up for this awesome little jump drive.

I had an issue with my first one of these it worked great and then quitCompany immediately replaced I am very excited as this is a wonderful time saving device allowing me to directly move the photos from my iPhone to my computer which is a huge timesaver and allows me to record videos on my phone will update and let you know how this one works but I'm extremely excited that company immediately replace defective unit looking very forward to using this as again it is an amazing time saving device for anyone like myself who does a lot of videos with their phone

***** update I wish I wish I wish I'd of had this a few years ago when I was traveling to Petra in the holy land because I got very few videos because it was so difficult to upload images from my camera oh how I wish I would've had this I could've stored videos on trips that I will doubt I'll ever be able to do again oh how I wish I would've had this it makes transferring photos from your phone to your computer easy not hours of trying to figure out a way to upload and I'm not particularly tech savvy and this oh my only regret is that I did not know about this year"˜s ago I amQuite sure I will buy another if not more of these

this was the 5th photo stick i tried. i had one for awhile that finally quit, it just kept 'loading'. the next one didn't have any way to attach a key ring (which i should have noticed before i ordered it), the next one didn't allow for picture scrolling, you actually had to look select each picture to see it. the next one literally took overnight - maybe 14 hours - to transfer photos, and not many. all of those things were unacceptable to me.
so far, this one has a tiny key ring chain but at least you can attach a real key ring to it; it scrolls, and transfer rate is pretty fast.
the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was the top is fairly hard to take off that covers the end for iphone, and that tiny chain.
otherwise, it serves my purpose.

This is a great little device to get the photos off my iPhone 11. I had to try it twice to make sure I got all the photos, videos and screenshots. I had approximately over 6,000 to transfer and it took maybe 15-20 minutes. I also like that you can leave it connected and have the photos or videos saved directly to the device. My only concern is that the device gets really warm the longer you leave it in. The cover on top is not flimsy either because you have to hold tight and wiggle it to get it off. So you can keep it on your keychain.

I read all the reviews before purchasing and this stick seemed the best. I downloaded 10,000 photos/videos in about 3 hours. I used a wireless charger for my phone while it was downloading so I didn't lose power.
Note:
You can still use your phone as the download is happening.
Plan ahead and have your wireless charger ready just in case.
Phone did heat up a bit, but it was working hard!
App easy to install and use.
I'd recommend for anyone wanting more space on their phone. I have 25,000 photos and a new baby coming so I need space!
