I have been using this as a thickener/stabilizer when making ice cream in my Ninja Creami. It works well, along with adding a richer flavor to my mixes. I just mix in 2 T. of the Junket mix, along with the rest of my base. It containes the gums that are commonly used. There is another much more expensive mix on the market that has nearly the same ingredients. I prefer to use this one so that I can spend the money on making more ice cream.
Arrived on time, box showed product expired 3-23-2001.

As a first time person making homemade ice cream in a machine, this came in handy for the first batch. I followed the instructions on the box, however I did not have whole milk or heavy whipping cream, but used half & half. I added in diced frozen peaches and chilled peach puree I made the day before. It could not have come out more delicious. I am excited to try more flavors using this product.
