Before even buying this, I knew it was going to be a hit with 6yr old daughter BUT ALSO with myself becasue the simple design just made sense in my head. Buy this and you will be teaching almost immediately out of the box. Not only do you get a design componend to the build but you can build upon (no pun intended) but you get these little minds in the air WAY sooner than I learned... This is pretty RED!

I thought this thing was for sure a gimmick. My son who has become obsessed with folding paper airplanes saw this from some YouTube influencer and obviously he wanted it. For the price I was convinced this was a ridiculous and would be like those ones I had as a kid with a rubber band that just crash faster.
I was completely wrong. This thing is amazing. We've taken it out to fly twice and it streets and stays airborne. The biggest limitation is Bluetooth range and trying not to lose it on neighbors roofs. You'll need a fairly large park to play with this.
My 8 year old son and I both can get flights over a minute long now and have so much fun. You've got to get this thing.
This thing is so much fun for me and him I've night the template kits and the accessory kit.

I originally recieved one as a gift since I didn't want to spend money on yet another "as seen on TV" thing to just be dissapointed. After having it for a few years I am pretty impressed with how well it works and how durrable it is.
I finally had buy another one because my kid litterally stepped on it. It seams that beside out right stomping it the toy holds up to a lot of abuse.
Other positives are that the app is well supported and being improved. One of my favorite parts is the active community. There is a facebook page that is always sharing ideas and having competitions, which is fun.
If you are on the fence like I was then I would recommend getting it. If I had known what I know now I would have bought it a lot sooner.
Finally, I have one tip to save some time. My phone (S20 FE) doesn't work with the app/plane unless I turn on the GPS. The instructions didn't mentioned this, maybe it does now, but it was the only source of frustration when I started.
