While I am not a fan of pistachio, the people at my work are, and they loved it.
The texture and flavor were many times better than the Frostline mix, not that it is bad. It has a much more pancake batter consitancy when mixed and super creamy when frozen in our machine. I also left it in the fridge overngiht before using it. Not sure if that made a difference.
Going to give the guys some Espresso next.
