The warmer does a nice job warming the wipes that I leave in their original package. It's a lightweight product, but that could be because they don't burden it with unnecessary features and parts. The on/off and high/med/low buttons are sensitive, so I had to adjust my warmer's location to prevent it from accidentally being turning off. There are two features that I wish it had: a weight to hold the wipes bag down when pulling up a single wipe, and a spring-loaded lid to help open/close it with one hand. I think I can retrofit an answer to the weight feature, but I'll have to live with (or without, in my case) the lid option. I'll update my review if there are any details I missed or significant changes to the product.

It works alright, but it is narrow. Product description says large capacity, which is partially true. It is deep, but not very wide. I tried putting large wipes in, but instead of laying flat, I had to fold up the sides. If left on high for a couple of days, it turns the wipe edges brown, like it's burning them. The power and temperature control buttons are very touchy and will change with the slightest touch. The lid is good and air tight, but you have to make sure you push it down hard enough or else you will get evaporation.

At first, I thought I had a little trouble warming the wipes but customer service promptly reached out to me and offered me a solution that worked well. They recommended preloading the wipes into the warmer and presetting the temperature. Allowing it to run for 2-4 hours should ensure even heating. It is working well now and I would recommend this product.
