If your eye doctor has advised hypertonic saline eye drops, consider going with the Rugby brand. It's significantly cheaper than "Muro 128" brand and CVS' generic. An equally significant difference, for me, is that the CVS bottle releases very large drops, which often fall to the ground before I can transfer them from the bottle's tip to my inner eyelid. The Rugby bottle's drops are smaller and stay attached to the tip until the drop touches the inner eyelid. Smaller drops also means the 15 ml bottle will be good for significantly more doses per bottle.
