A Little Drying on the eyelids

A little bit goes a long way with this product. I only use it when I use heavy makeup, as it is very drying on my eyelids. The good news? It melts away every little bit of makeup product - including waterproof eyeliner! Just make sure to use an eye moisturizer after cleansing with a face wash and you should be fine.

The bag the box arrived in was torn open, the box was torn, the quantity of the product in the jar was insufficient, approx. 1/4 less product than in the past, and there was no spatula included to apply the product to the skin. It gave the appearance of just being thrown together. I was not happy with my purchase this time.
