As others have mentioned, this kit had poor instructions. There are no paper instructions inside and the directions on the box leave more to be desired. Fortunately I wrote down what I did each step of the way (pictures for reference.) I did buy BSG Liquid Tannin as the final product lacked body, but the tannins made it perfect.
