I offer this new rating of the source supplier for this product, Foxtell, because of their over-the-top response to issues that I had with this product delivery. They covered all bases by voluntarily offering to ship a second trike, gratis, while noting that I should keep the 1st trike which was shipped in a color not ordered. An offer to replace, without exchange, is an unusual positive action and a prudent business decision on the part of Foxtell.

I must disclose, however, that this is a complex product to assemble as noted by the manufacturer's (Sibosen) featured statement on page 1 of the Assembly Manual:

"...it's only a guide which may work for the handy. It may not be so useful if you do not have bicycle or tricycle assembly experience or if you're seniors. So never hesitate to find a local bike shop or a neighbor or friend for help..."

I ordered a 26" blue tricycle which was advertised as foldable. What I received was not. After a week or so of back and forth (had to provide a rating, they didn't have 26" folding,l, only 24" didn't have the 24" I agreed to in blue...) they replaced it.
I do love it, and even though I'm only 5'3", which is an acceptable height for a 24" frame, I think the 26" would have been more comfortable.
Overall a positive experience.
(We took it to a shop to have it assembled, because the first one came with a book for a two wheeler, so I don't know how difficult it is to put together.)

I have been wanting one of these bikes for many years now, so I'm very happy to say my long wait was well worth it! I'm not sure why anyone had any issues with this bike and the seller, because everything was amazing for me! The seller was great! There was a shipping issue and they handled it very well, and sent me a free cover for the trouble. I haven't received the cover yet, but the seller was very helpful updating me on that shipment as well! I will say a tricycle is much different to ride than your average bike. It does take some getting used to, but it's not impossible. My husband was able to put it all together perfectly. It was definitely a lot, it did take a couple of days, but he got it done! Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase! I highly recommend it!

Quality is ok for the price....I guess. I think the bike should be priced a little cheaper for what was received in my opinion.

The instruction manual is completely useless. You will need to search a hodgepodge of YouTube videos for each step for real help. The diagrams in the manual are difficult to make out. For example - the diagram to put the chain on doesn't really show you the path of the chain around the rear derailleur, so I ended up putting it on incorrectly and had to unlink the chain and re-link it (which failed ... more below). There's no indication on how to adjust the brakes at the pads to make them functional and safe. There's no indication on which side a washer goes at each connection. I saw another review where the customer complained about the instructions and the seller replied that they have improved instructions now, well as of Dec 17th 2020 when I received the bike, they don't look improved to me. The last page hints at them having videos, but there's no indication on where the videos are. The whole thing is in very bad broken English....which is fine for assembling other products like a bookshelf, but when it comes to assembling a bike - something that needs to be SAFE to use and has parts that needs to be installed and adjusted precisely - there needs to be expert detailed guidance.

This bike took me 3 days at 3+ hours a day to assemble. It should not have taken that long!

I got almost done and realized the chain was on wrong due to unclear instructions and the tool to assemble the bike chain that that came with the kit is completely awful and bent one of the chain links to the point of no return.

I had to take it to a local bike shop to finish it and do final adjustments since I didn't have confidence in the instructions that the bike was safe enough for my elderly father. I feared that something important might have been missed or mot adjusted properly.

The front wheel is warped and wiggles when riding. There were scratches and scuffs on the paint on the frame. Missing some screws for the back fenders.

Also 1st gear really feels like 2nd or 3rd gear should, which will be a big negative for my dad. He needs the low gears for his pace.

I don't know if I'd buy this again. The quality is about a 7 out of 10 I'd say.

At times the assembly manual changes perspective (i.e., shows trike from below rather than above) and 'upside-down' assemble gets confusing. The derailleur instruction drawings are hard to match with the actual parts and equipment, though the rest of the manual is excellent. Bike is very pretty when assembled. I wish it was made of aluminum, though weight is not a problem in everyday use because of the 7-speed gears. Trike has stable feeling and has handsome appearance. The basket area behind seat can be adapted to a second small seat, if one wishes, that could hold a young person and transport two people.
