The desk is sturdy and easy to assemble, however there were parts missing. I was offered a very small refund for the missing parts or I was told that I could take the desk apart and send it back. It was too much work to take apart for the drawer bottoms to be missing. I wouldn't order again because I don't want to put an entire desk together and discover that the drawer bottoms were missing. Customer service wasn't helpful in resolving the matter.

The desk is very pretty and sturdy, my only complaint is that I was missing the metal rods required in step 32 which makes the bottom drawer work a little weird. I was looking for a way to maybe make that known so I could get replacement parts but the only options shown involved returning the entire desk which wasn't too favorable. Other than that I like the desk.
