My 1st shipment arrived with a broken glass. This seemed to be due to Amazon's packaging. They put the box in a larger carton with no packing material around it. The seller promptly issued me a refund and I reordered the martini glasses. They arrived in perfect condition, although they were packaged the same. It's a wonder they didn't get damaged. I would give them 5 stars except for this. This is not the seller's fault, however. The glasses are beautiful and sturdy. Very giftable.
