The best way to take Vit D3 and Vit K2 - in one pill!

My doctor told me I was taking too much Vit D3 for my age (the lofty age of 68.) So I started taking them separately so I could take less (2 D3 2000 IU + a K2). The doc was saying that it could cause 'brain fog'. (I had mentioned in my annual visit that I was thinking as clearly as I had when I was younger.) There's been no improvement - so I guess I'm just getting older. And this old me prefers taking one little pill to 2 little pills and a medium pill (the K2 by itself is about 2x the size as this supplement!) Go figure!
But why the Sunflower oil??

Open the bottle and saw it was filled half way. Out of curiosity, I counted and found there were 3 short. It seemed to happen to every product I purchased.

I dislike nothing. My Vitamin D level is low as presented in my bloodwork. The previous brand of which I had been taking for one year was unavailable. As my new bloodwork showed my Vitamin D #'s were still low, however, climbed 10pts, I thought I would try a new brand with a higher mcg. I take one gel capsule every - other- day. Easy to swallow too. Will not know until later this year if my levels are in the normal range fir my age etc.
