Taste good

I will admit I was concerned with only adding water and oil. I thought it would be slimy liquid but surprisingly it stayed together well. The taste was good as well. The price was a bit steep for what you get. But so are a lot of plant based products. I'm not sure I would but again at that price point but glad I tried it.
Texture does feel meaty

It is the closest we've had that tastes like real chicken. It definitely tastes better with seasoning and dipping sauces. Just know, it still isn't real chicken so of course doesn't truly taste like it. The box is quite small - it feeds about two adults for one meal so we've ordered more boxes. Hopefully they bring the price point down after their sales go up. It was extremely fast and easy to make - no more than five minutes. It doesn't have a weird aftertaste and it does make the house smell as though real chicken is cooking.
Tastes pretty good, just not like chicken

The media could not be loaded. Pretty good for a meat substitute. You can get six patties per box if you make them a little small. It would be a stretch to say it tastes like chicken.
versatile meat substitute with high protein

I think this is a really good meat substitute considering the low amount of ingredients, and that it's soy free. I don't have a soy allergy myself, but I know it's pretty common. You get used to an ingredients list that's a paragraph long and looks more like a chemistry experiment than actual food, but that's not the case here so that's refreshing to see.
I tried this a couple of different ways. I pan-fried patties of the mix, and ate by itself with salt & pepper, and some BBQ sauce, and also as part of a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Both tasted better than most meat substitutes I've tried, and had a good meat-like texture.
I think this is a great change of pace, and easy way to mix up your protein intake even if you're not vegetarian. And if you are vegetarian, especially if you have food allergies, this is a great product to try.

So I saw this on Shark Tank and decided to give it a try. I'm slowly looking to wean off meat and most of the meat alternatives I've tried had soy and taste just plain weird. This was very easy to make and surprisingly good! I seasoned it with their red pepper chicken salt (already had before) then in the air fryer to add some protein to my salad! I topped it with a little more red pepper salt on top after as well. Yum 😋
I don't understand the negative reviews about the mix without seasoning it; you wouldn't buy chicken or meat and just throw it in the oven/grill and expect amazing? Seasoning it makes all the difference!
Coming from an meat eater, I thought this tasted great!
