I believe in Nutrisystem to lose weight. I was a subscriber for a while and lost 12 lbs. After that, I went on my own and I do fairly well following their suggestions. Recently put on a few extra pounds and decided to go back just to make it easy on me. Because I didn't want to have to go back on a subscription, I decided to check it out on Amazon. I'm so happy to have found this meal kit! Just received it yesterday. I'm one of those people who eats to live, not live to eat so this food is fine for me. It's not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, but you can improve on it as long as you don't add on too many calories. Otherwise, what's the point! I recommend Nutrisystem to anyone who is trying to lose weight and looking for simple easy to follow regimen. Here's to summer and putting our shorts back on!
