I bought this item because I want to do some comparison with the one I brought from Walgreen. Also of course I am the type who really cares about my skincare. It is because my skin is very sensitive and it is super easy to get red spots everywhere. Walgreen, the product itself is doing a great job too, but on the downside is using batteries. On the other hand, the Oiiwak blackhead remover came with a USB charger. In addition, when you first let it charge for at least four hours. Do you know that this product can be connected to your phone with your Bluetooth? It has its own Wi-Fi and you can download the app called "UDU". When you open the app, you can clearly see your skin! Ignore my photo. I know it is super gross~ I recommend that you use it once per week or bi-weekly depending on how dirty your face is.

After I FINALLY received my order several days past the quoted time, I was able to see what the hype was about. The instructions are pretty rudimentary and seemingly simple but they're a bit too simple. It took a while for the app to finally connect with the tool but once it did, I was pleasantly surprised by the camera quality and the brightness of the light. I definitely recommend steaming or hot towel compress beforehand or you'll just end up with hickeys all over your face because this tool has a strong suction! Definitely DO NOT leave it in one spot for a long time! There are some pieces in the box that I genuinely have no idea what it's for and I can't find any information for it. I've ordered a steamer so maybe I can update my review to more stars if it works better with an actual steamer but so far it's okay. UPDATED REVIEW: the product works way better when you use a steaming method prior to using the blackhead remover . I would also like to add how great the customer service was pertaining to this item/seller. I was treated very kind and they wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase! Not many companies/sellers go out of the way to make sure you're happy and your order is good! I will definitely be checking out what other products this particular seller has!
