The heating belt is quite convent and it works well. I like that it has both a heating and vibrating mechanism. Overall it does what you would like from a heating belt. The heating works well and quickly. It is easy to secure around the midsection and the battery duration is typically long enough for me to use as long as I would like.
There are a few things about this belt that make it a little bit annoying. First the charger is not a standard usb c or mini. I feel like everyone has hundreds of those around at this point. Instead it uses a fairly unique charger and for me it is the only one I have in the house. Kind of a pain to go and find every time. The second is that the charger cord length is short. So you pretty much have to use the battery pack otherwise you are 2 feet from an outlet and can't move. Meaning if you want to use this belt consistently you have to make sure to charge the battery all the time.
Overall good heat belt, with a few quality of life improvements it would be a great heat belt.
