Doesn't get hot enough and I actually think it makes my back hurt more than help it. Returning it. Tried it for 3 weeks. Not worth the money.
Update they sent me a new one with no massage and it works alot better. Great to wear while doing activities.

Got the belt yesterday afternoon, and last night I fell in the snow and bruised some ribs on my left side. So, I've been using the belt heat function on and off all day to help ease the pain and swelling. Seems to work well. I have it on now, and it is making it more comfortable for me to move around.
I bought it because of not fully recovering from kidney surgery, and a constant ache in my side from the cutting. I've used it twice in the past 24 hours for 20 minutes each time and the heat and massage seems to help in reducing the constant pain that I have lived with for five years. I'll know better in a few weeks, but so far I am happy.
The belt seems well made. The reason I choose this one instead of any other is simply because this is the only one that would fit. Every one else had a maximum waist size of about 44 inches, and I needed more than that. This one fits fine at 48 inches on my waist. It does seem well made, and I have carefully inspected it. My only real concern is in replacing the battery in a couple of years. I have not yet checked to see if they are using a standard size battery.
My only two knocks are the lack of decent documentation. It's not that hard to figure out, but they could have made an effort to give more direction. Also, the battery tends to fall out of the pocket if you turn the belt upside down. Not good.
