It is a little tough to pull the cables out of the devise, but that is probably a good thing that it's a tight fit for safety reasons. We have used it about 3 times per day for about 15 days...and it still works great.

I've now used this on multiple vehicles of a variety of engine sizes and it has never failed to do the job. The included case is well made and convenient, a nice perk. Recharging is easy and fairly rapid yielding multiple vehicle starts from a single charge.
Downside are the lack of instructions. It was not apparent that you need to engage the unit via a small, unmarked button on the adapter cable/clamp if attempting to start a nearly or completely dead battery. This button should be bright orange and the need to engage it clearly stated in the manual in order to save people grief in an emergency situation.
Conclusion, I've purchased 3, one for each vehicle. Sure beats old fashioned extension cables and the kindness of strangers for a jump.

But...this thing has really delivered. It's small, it's reliable, it's easy to operate and it comes in a somewhat awkward but compact and sturdy case. It is made of plastic, but so are all the other makes and models, and it has a solid feel. The cables plug in just right, and it's not a struggle to get the alligator clips to hold on when you need them to. Cord length is good too. Just long enough that you can rest the device away from moving parts, not so long that it gets in the way.
I've never heard of Sunpow before, but for a first experience, this was good. It's an excellent product.
