You do have to like the flavor of truffle oil a little. But I honestly think even if you don't, this is some incredible stuff I have never experienced a flavor like this before. It's like the perfect blend of savory umami slightly sweet. It's like what tomato should taste like in a sauce I don't know how to explain it. I think you might have to like mushrooms, possibly. But it's worth a try because it's definitely different like you haven't tasted anything like this before. I'm a foodie and I've tried most things. I think I'm going to dip everything into not just pour over pasta.
