Intelligent packaging. Slim and elegant. Easy to set up. Hard to fit fatter bottles. Works great for Bordeaux types of bottles. To fit wider bottles, I had to put a skinny bottle and a fat bottle oriented in opposite directions. Can't fit two bottles of Champagne on the bottom rack. The displayed temp seems reliable. Since it is sitting in my garage, I can't tell if it runs often. Does not seem loud.

This wine cooler works very well! It holds a steady temperature and I find it to be quiet. There is a little sound but hardly noticeable. My biggest complaint is when I put the bottles in, the wire racks are so loose that I thought they were going to fall out. I also don't like that there is no tint on the door!! Also the light is bright white, not blue.

The item arrived damaged but when we reached out to the seller, they replaced it immediately so customer service was great. The product itself is also great for the price. It comfortably fits 12 bottles of red and white wine, but if you try to store bottle of champagne or other similarly shaped bottles, then you won't be able to use all 12 spaces, or you'll have to get creative. But overall, we are very happy with the purchase so far.
