Comes with a wide assortment of differently sized rivnuts to get you started, and the appropriate mandrels to match. Took me a minute to figure out how it works. Thankfully there are helpful instructions in the box. Used for an automotive project first. And later to get network hardware secured in an enclosure. Looking forward to the next project where I'll be able to use it.

Review of the 16" model: Works well just be careful installing the various heads. I went to put the 1/4-20 in and slightly sliced the tip of my finger. The metal barb in the attached picture is on a brand new head that had never been used and was just taken out of the individual case. I haven't seen this on any of the other heads and hopefully it's just a one off. Just look them over before trying to install them with your fingers. Overall seems very well made and works really well. I purchased some additional stainless steel rivets and this took very little effort to get them installed. Worked perfect for my first project and it will definitely get used a lot. The case and the individual packaging for the various heads is really nice. The only improvement I could see would be for the heads to have high contrast paint in the engraved marking to make reading the heads a little easier but the individual holders are clearly marked. Overall I'm super happy with this purchase. Time will tell if it holds up but seems pretty heavy duty so far.

Tool does exactly what it should do. I found the directions to be sufficient and was able to start using it right out of the box. I've used the tool about a dozen times. It seems to be well made, time will tell regarding longevity. As others have said, the included rivet nut assortment come in individual bags, that once opened, have to be stored in separate containers so as not to get mixed together. It would be nice if the case was made with storage compartments for the rivet nuts. I guess that is a minor complaint. At this point I'm glad that I made the purchase.
