These are an absolute God-send. I know they include wheat elements such as starch and wheat protein so I am trying to figure out if I have the slightest allergic effect from eating these wraps. So far, it's a thumbs up. I don't know they manufacture these or what hocus pocus they use to make them - I don't want to know right now!!!
I use one package and freeze the other till I am ready to use. I am strongly considering on using these wraps for my regular rotation of foods I eat. I can wrap my salads in these wraps and use pesto or low carb dressing. It is a game changer!!!

Great replacement for bread to make sandwiches

I rarely buy bread anymore as I've gone to these wraps to make rollup sandwiches. I can add a slice of cheese, some chicken, then put in the microwave for a few seconds and it makes a great rollup with less carbohydrates. I keep in the refrigerator and they last a long time as well.
