I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this product for dealing off stick l attic vents from rodents. To keep out both nice and rats you need 1/4" mesh (mice can get their teeth around anything bigger to chew through the mesh), and this was one of the few with a heavy enough gauge. But not too heavy to cut fairly easily with the shears that came bundled with the product. I was surprised that they worked so well. Perfect for what I needed to do. Very happy with this purchase.

The only reason I didn't give five star's I had to cut this into three straps and one edge warped quite a bit made it hard to install that strip

Product comes wrapped & packaged very well; -- beware it will unravel quickly. Wear gloves when handling so you do not cut hands or fingers. Scissors sent to cut are okay -- but I suggest using hand shears so your hand is not caught into the wire being cut. This 1/4 inch mesh was cut and wired to inside of a suet holder for birds - so instead of almost 1 inch holes for birds to " hog " the suet down... the birds have to work a little harder to get suet and I do not have to buy as much suet .. Product is made in China which is not disclosed when I purchased.. but seems like most products are manufactured in 🇨🇳 today.
