I have been having issues with diabetic nerve pain in my feet. Every night was a chore to get to sleep as my feet would ache because they felt cold. However, if if checked with my hands my feet felt warm. I thought I would give this stuff a try. The very first night and since then (2 weeks) no pain! I even tried walking around barefoot to chill my feet and still no aches. I can't say for others but this product works for me and will be ordering more. Quite the pleasant surprise when a supplement actually does what it claims.
As others have noted, it is a horse pill of sort, on par with a 1000mg size pill. Seems the manufacturer could halve them and change the dose to two pills.
