I use this net for our outdoor fancy goldfish pond. The nets pocket is deep enough to hold debris in and shallow enough for my fish to swim out of if they are caught in it during cleaning. The adjustable extensions allow me to clean out hard to reach areas. I gifted one to my neighbor for his Koi pond.

The first one that arrived had two very small holes near the area where it attached to the frame. Due to the location of the holes, and past experience, I knew it would potentially be an issue after some usage.

I reached out to the company via email with photos and my issue/concern just a few hours after receiving it and my initial usage. I understand when you're making and selling items in bulk you will occasionally have mistakes. It's how a company responds that plays a big role on how I feel about the product/company. They quickly replied and promptly sent me a replacement attachment.

The second one arrived in the condition you would expect of a brand new item. They let me keep the first one as I needed the pole that came with it to use with my other cleaning attachments while I waited upon their replacement. That was very important to me. I was still able to clean my pool. And as I suspected, with just a couple days use, the holes on the defective one grew with each usage resulting in it coming away from the frame in a 1 inch section. Having the 2 small holes so close to one another and close to the frame weakened it. I think if you have a tiny solo hole farther away from the frame, the material is strong enough and wouldn't get bigger or be an issue like mine did.
The products work great. The pole is much lighter weight than others I have had in the past. I like that fact. It's lightweight, but not fragile/wimpy. The attachment cleans very well.
I appreciate the VERY prompt and great customer service. Really good products. I highly recommend this company based upon both. So many lack good customer service or stand behind their products. It's nice to see one that does and one that does so without having the customer jump through so many hoops.
I will be using them again.

This is well made and sturdy skimmer net but it's smaller than the one I replaced.

I have a Pebble-Tech pool, which is rougher than standard plaster. That means picking up leaves and trash on the bottom can be a little harder. Once I figured out how to use this, I love it. I can "fly" this to the bottom and slide it along where 90% of the time, it gets the item on the first pass. In two months, the Pebble-Tech has ground the edge of the net frame to a fairly sharp edge which helps the net frame scoop up the item. If you miss it, a simple "fly-back" profile of picking the net up a foot, pulling back and then proceeding forward as you fly back to the bottom keeps the net out of the way and snags the item. You can cruise the whole pool after a wind storm and catch most of the leaves in one pass. The weighted tab on the bottom of the net/bag allows you to invert and empty the trash over your fence without having to touch the net and then invert again to continue or store it. My only complaint is that the bag is very tight and filters very well, making it a little harder to "scoop" in mid water, but that is minor. It does such a great job, I just ordered a spare. I am guessing these will last at least two years, longer if stored out of direct sunlight. Well worth the price. Makes clean-up much easier and faster than a simple net.
