The media could not be loaded. I'm sooo in love with this product! I can't wait to experiment with different flavors of pasta. I haven't used the grinder, shredder/slicer, or the juicer/frozen treats attachments. But I don't have to, to know they'll be just as amazing as the paster maker. I'm happy to be able to make fresh, gluten free pasta as well. The clean up is super easy. The secret with dough is to never let it dry out before washing. Just get it over with by having a sink full of soapy water ready and voila!

The media could not be loaded. I was impressed with the compact design of this little workhorse. I followed directions for Basic Pasta and successfully produced delicious fettuccini using only AP flour in the first try. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I had to add 1-2 tablespoons of water since the dough seemed really dry and the machine was struggling while emitting little whines. I may raise my score for this clever little gadget after I try the other functions and perfect the pasta making.

Really easy to use - follow exact measurements - pasta came out looking a little dry looking at first, so I added a splash of extra olive oil and a splash of water and then the rest of the pasta looked smooth and basically perfect. Kid loved the taste. I used 00 Italian flour. Easier to clean than expected. This pasta maker is good for making pasta for 2 people per batch. If you want to make a lot of pasta, a large pasta maker is better. I owned another pasta maker years ago. It did not have as many parts in the mixing bowl to make the pasta. I cannot figure how the mixing paddle come out of the mixing bowl so I can clean it. Also, you need to adjust the pasta receipe for the lack of humidity in your area. This pasta maker also has an frozen fruil maker and other attachments. I have not had a chance to use any of them, but the pasta maker motor should be able to handle the attachments.
