I ordered this as a complimentary piece for my dining table, since I have art that includes these peachy lavender tones. The bowls have a matte finish that is smooth to the touch. Rotating them to slight offsets creates an almost flower-like display. The colors don't quite line up to the photos, the peach and cream colors are much more muted so your color expectations may not be met. There's also a question here about functionality. The largest bowl would not even be suitable as a serving bowl. You might be able to do a snack spread in these with nuts, olives, and crackers, etc, but even that's a stretch. All that said, if your primary consideration is decor, this might fit the bill!

This is MUCH smaller than I anticipated. Based off the images I thought the biggest one would be like a mixing bowl size but it is like the size of a dinner bowl, I should have read more into the description. They are beautiful and would be cute to serve small things in, but if you're looking for mixing bowls probably not the way to go. Also, I just realized the bottom of them are still rough and scratching my dining room table. So beware of that.
