For 40 USD, this is a great device for a mobile or beginner set up. The input for the microphone and guitar input are crystal clear and simple to use. The output is decent, although there is a slight hissing noise when no audio is played (although this isn't able to be heard if you are playing music at any level). Overall this device is easy to use and setup, only requiring a single usb and driver download.

This is a very good option against the Focusrite Scarlet 2i2. Im used to use this Interface when Im outside my main set. It work good and came with some DAW wich I never use but their stock pluggins are always welcome to try new sounds. Also if you need to connect more than one headphone remember to use an audio splitter or a headphone Amp (Amp is better all the way) because as you can see it only has 1 1/4 plug in for Headphones

Curve on the output knob is harsh

As an audio interface, it has been fantastic for recording guitar tracks recorded and having a separate control for my headphones, but the biggest issue I noticed in reviews and in my own unit is that the output knob has a VERY harsh curve as you get closer to the maximum value. Moving the knob half an inch will blow your ears out if you're not careful. Otherwise, a very nice interface that comes with some software if that's of any interest to you.
