It's the perfect height and width. The cushions inside make it easy to adjust. Because it has a strap I can breast feed and walk around if needed with the extra support easily multi task. When I'm at my desk the height adjustment makes it so I can work and feed without hurting my back

It is a quality product. It is very firm. I just couldn't use it comfortably because I ended up having a c-section. The firm pressure of the pillow on my abdomen wasn't comfortable especially in the first weeks. If you've never used a pillow like this for breastfeeding. The pillow needs to be flush against you because your baby needs to be flush against you.

I really like that the pillow fastens around the waist comfortably so it doesn't slip down as I settle in to nurse my newborn. That alone has helped protect my csection scar while also allowing me to recline a little, which also feels better for my scar. I also like the firmness and higher feeling surface for the newborn feeding option. My other nursing pillow (with the easily recognizable brand name) is a bit soft so I need an extra pillow to keep my baby's head and shoulders at the right height for a good latch.
The pillow does have a strong smell out of the package, probably from the memory foam pieces. I recommend letting it air out for a little while to let the smell fade, but I did use the pillow right out of the package without a problem.

This is a really nice nursing pillow especially for newborns. There's a lot more support that other pillows (e.g. the Boppy pillow)
There are a few downsides:
1. The fabric shows spills and spit up very easily
2. The waist strap is not removable. Personally, it's too much of a hassle to use the strap. I wish you could remove it or it could be stashed in the pillow somehow.
3. The buckle is really difficult to use.
4. I wouldn't use this with the inserts at night unless using a cradle hold. When baby is laying in the stiffer flat inserts they can easily roll off unless you have them in a cradle hold. So I wouldn't use it anytime I might accidentally fall asleep.
I purchased one open box. It didn't come in the condition that was advertised so I returned that one and bought another one. There are some obvious style differences. The color of the fabric is totally different and the zippers are not the same. I'm not sure if one is just an older version of if one is a knockoff. The insides were both the same.

i bought this for my sister when she became a mom, i figured it'd help for breastfeeding
it was more funny than useful in a way we called it her baby's "couch"
almost a year later she hasn't really used it much and it was hard so she replaced the inside stuffing
the only thing it was really useful for was when her baby fell asleep to give her arms a rest.
