I love to use these pre race, in conjunction with a hydration booster (such as Liquid IV). I have a noticeably better performance when using these before races. I definitely prefer the fruit smoothie over the honey (the honey is very thick and thus, causes thick mucus to form at the back of my throat). On that note, I would not advise this specific product in the direct moments before a race or for using mid race as they are still both thick and cause phlegm and a need for more than just a sip of water. The waffles and chews are much better options in these instances.

Haven't had one yet, but have used these in the past and they are good quick and easy energy, along with gentle on the stomach. Delivery was super quick as promised, but came with open smashed box. I counted them twice and came up with 23 instead of 24 delivered.
