When I first received this product, I was so disappointed that I requested a refund, as I THOUGHT the lid didn't fit properly; HOWEVER, it was totally user error on my side!! I have since come to love this travel coffee mug not just for when I'm actually out of town so I can make my pour-over anytime, but I use the container and lid all the time for drinks in the car. The lid is totally spill-proof and this keeps liquids hotter longer than ANY of my multiple other thermal cups. Love this product and will be buying it as Christmas gifts for my coffee-loving friends and family!

I bought this for a car camping trip we are going on in a couple weeks to the Grand Canyon. Haven't tried it out as of yet. The quality of the product is so impressive. The cup also has a non slip grip area on the outside of the cup in the area most people grab their cup which is very nice. I am thinking of getting a second one as a gift.

It's one of a kind. Great for my tea. It keeps it warm. Have to be careful when you make anything in it because it's very hot. Use with caution. Very insulated. It don't burn your hand when you are holding the cup. I leave the lid off of it for 30 minutes to cool mines down. Great for coffee and etc

This is a good cup. I find it difficult to know how much water to put in without overflowing. So I have been using a measuring cup which in my opinion shouldn't be necessary.
As for the cup itself, the top of the cup is very thin metal and can be sharp to the lips.
The lid is a different subject. The pin hole to let air in is too small. It doesn't allow enough air in to get the drink out when using the lid. The lid does a good job of keeping coffee hot. The problem is, too hot. After 5-10 minutes you go to take a sip and you burn your mouth.
But overall it is a good cup.
