This screen had a great price point and way exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately you can't comprehend how long this thing is. For this reason ups botched the delivery. It arrived with the screen ripped at the bottom rod. The seller made good with a full replacement. Second screen arrived fully intact and I can't be happier. Because my home theater is double duty as a play room this screen fit the bill it looks great and goes up and down like it should.

It was the one thing I did not consider; where is my outlet, where is the screen? It was close, but the look was not good. If only there was an option to have the cord come out of the middle to team up with the rest of my wiring. This is totally by my design but something to consider.
I do feel it bows a bit int he middle, leaving a slight wrinkle once fully extended. Also, there is no way to program a stop while it is extending, you have to manually stop it or a very large 1 foot black screen section appears on top. It's kind of weird.

To get this screen perfectly flat I bought some black gorilla tape and put it on the back of the screen. After a few adjustments with the tape, it was perfectly flat. You can only do 1 or 2 pieces of tape as you will run out of space when the screen spools the screen up. The quality of the fabric is really great and produces a really nice bright picture. Great product for the money if you are willing to work with it a little.

I ordered this one because it was one of the cheaper ones with a motorized function, but still had good reviews. I gave it a 4/5 stars because of two things really.
The mounting points are 90 degrees, so there is no flexibility if you have a slanted ceiling. perhaps a washer with bolt to allow for greater than 90 degree mounting. I also the scree holes are close to the casing, so I had to improvise and find a long extended wrench adapted with Phillips head to reach without marring the side of the unit.
Lastly, I did notice some slight fuzzy / minor edge tear on it.
