I really enjoyed the complexity of this. I add some Angostura bitters to take away some of the sweetness, and it goes really well with a splash of Gran Marnier when I want a slight kick. It also holds up well as the ice melts.

Tastes like alcohol, looks beautiful when you pour over ice along with grapefruit spindrift, lemon and mint. I love the fact that it's made with Monkfruit as I don't drink or eat sugar making it a wonderful guilt-free treat! I like this Dhos bittersweet. The flavor is perfect for mixing with sparkling water. It's got a citrus flavor. The thickness is a good consistency as a mixer, alone on I've, or even poured over ice cream. Since I no longer drink alcohol, I feel like I can have my own special coctails with friends. The design of the bottle is also good.

I was hoping for something that would make a faux aperol spritz during the summer while I am not drinking alcohol. It's not a perfect match, but the flavor is different and interesting. I like it with seltzer and ice, or even with kombucha.
