Works fine, but not very sturdy. Mounting clasp is fine but where it connects to the neck is very loose, with no simple way to tighten it.

There is a better sound with the filter than without it. I used the Yeti Blue mic and the filter had trouble holding in place. Reluctantly I returned it - due to fit, not sound quality!
