For all the ink Jet cartridges I've gone through over the years and multiple printers - like one a year? This printer is fabulous and just a little more than an ink jet but it prints professional black and white copies quickly and without issues I'm very happy with it. I wish I'd bought one like this years ago!

I like the price for machine and ink. I do not like the fact you have to have a cable to sync your pc to printer. They both have wireless cards, it makes no since to me. Connectivity to several PCs / phones msybe problematic. I did call their help desk and the person was polite and knowledgeable

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this unit. I think it's a real value for the money. It's a workhorse, quiet, and all around, a decent piece of equipment. My wife is in finance for the state's largest employer, and she runs a "boatload " of reports through this. I went for it because of the scanning ability, and the footprint, but never really expected this. So, always remember, not everyone who buys tech knows how to set it up, so get help if you need it, but it's pretty easy. You can take the negative reviews for what they're worth. Not much. This is a good buy.
