I bought this in conjunction with Baby Shark sheets to redo my daughter's room in the Baby Shark theme. She loved it. She is 2 1/2 and obsessed with Baby Shark. This little doll really impressed her. The first couple of weeks she would lay in bed with it next to her head to hear the lullaby- worth it for the cuteness! We have had it for several months now, so the novelty has worn off, but she still likes it and plays the lullaby often when she is in bed. The only thing is choosing the setting can be tricky. There are two switches, which controls the functions- lullaby only, buzzing/vibrations/combinations of the two. Baby girl only likes the lullaby, and sometimes it gets knocked off, resulting in trial and error to reset. They are embedded under the outer layer of the shark, so I cannot really read them, but just have to play with it. Small issue for an overall great item.

UPDATE: if your baby shark stops vibrating, change the batteries. That's all it took lol he's as good as new. I bumped it up to four stars but not quite five just because of the fact the volume is loud and I had to put tape on the speaker..

Well, had it not stopped vibrating 4 days after we bought it, it would've gotten 4 stars. Had it not stopped vibrating and had the option to set how long it plays, it would've had 5 stars. My two year old LOVES this. It soothes her so much! (Others stated it scared their baby and I can see why. Now that I've seen and heard it, I'd say it's not good for babies. But for a two year old, yes. Well, that is if it kept working.)
