The Orleans fan is as beautiful as expected. The motor sound started fading in and out moments after turning it on first day and has continued. We contacted the company directly. They were so kind. They told us there is a shortage/backlog of parts right now to repair the motor nor can they get us a replacement motor. We were told they would send us another fan. They asked us to send them some info and a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. After just a few days of them receiving our info, a new fan was delivered to our front door. They shipped the new fan at no charge. Their customer service was great. I can highly recommend Deco Breeze! Yes, the replacement fan is working well - powerful and steady.

A beautifully distinctive floor fan that I use at night in combination with my ceiling fan to help me fall asleep, which I cannot do in a totally quiet room. In addition to the air circulation it provides, the low noise the fan makes is plenty to eliminate the total quietness that is present without it. It almost looks like a piece of furniture in the room with my other bedroom fixtures. Very pleased that I can either use it in the oscillating mode or just blowing in one direction only. Extremely easy to assemble and a welcome addition to my home.

Like anything it has its flaws if you turn it up on high it's a little loud especially at night when your trying to sleep. Would I buy again probably not but for the amount of money it should be smooth running on all settings.
