Super fun, but requires some reinforcement

This was a great find and a really fun build that my eight year old son and I did together. The pieces are sturdy, fit together perfectly, and make a really well built model.
The sitting mechanism works really well (though not terribly accurate), and the only complaint we had was that after about thirty firings, the support bars broke apart and needed to be reassembled and glued. Honestly, it was an easy fix, but I felt like that section could have been made a little stronger out of the box.
Anyhow, the fact that this really fires made this a hit for my sons and I. We highly recommend this!

I built the Jeep first, broke pieces putting together. Found that sanding the ends of the pins help when installing them. The wood is thicker and stronger doing this one. Make sure you wax the gears as it makes a difference in smoothness of operation. I am building the train engine now, a lot more pieces.
