I'm not super into soldiering but I put in some speakers, radios, and some after market accessories in my vehicles. I'm not a huge fan of the plastic "walmart" butt connectors so I like to solder all my connections. I'm not an expert at it by any means but I will say this kit has every you need to get you going. Solder has an on off button, temp control and an option to go between Fahrenheit or Celsius. Great tool for rookies like me, makes it super easy to solder and make proper connections. What you see is what you get, good quality and heats up fast.
