This has been such a relief to have around. Our life is pretty high stress right now and this has been a great way to prevent my mind from overthinking. We can really see the difference in our little one when he takes this vitamin. He has a calmer body and is able to focus more. It's not perfect but it's a huge improvement. He however hates the taste, at least the texture, and has asked if we can find a different vitamin.
