I have not been able to eat jello or desserts that need gelatin because it's made out of animals. This is THE best product ever if you are a vegan or for religious purposes. Absolutely will purchase more!

No clear instructions on making jelly. I had to conduct my own tests to figure out how much to make the density of jelly I need. Also, at a firmer density it tends to become cloudy. Not sure if that is the case with most agar powders or just this brand. Otherwise this works for my purpose.
