Bought this mix to use in the Cuisinart soft serve ice cream maker I got from Amazon. Really intended for a commercial style machine, it nonetheless made delicious ice cream. I used 2cups mix to 3 cups water and the result was tasty, but took a long time to freeze. Next time I will decrease the water and hopefully have better results.

With my Creami, I use the following for my son that can't handle dairy milk well:
Mix up 1.5 cups vanilla unsweetened Almond milk
.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
.5 cups of this powder
Spin once on light ice cream and one respin.
Works great and tastes pretty darn good. Tried without the vanilla extract at first and it was a bit too nutty with only the almond milk. I'd say .5 - 1tsp of vanilla is perfect for the flavoring. I consider this mix more of the base and you need a milk or cream to really make it work.
Alone with water, this isn't super great and tastes like light vanilla shaved ice.

I use this in my home rotating machine.
I have to use quite a bit per cup of milk like 5 or so tablespoons. The directions don't seem helpful as they talk about 3 tbsp is the serving size but there are 88 servings in a 6 lb bag. Since this is a commercial use item the actual directions say dump contents into 8 quarts of water and add to soft serve machine.
