I love this little stove top. The way it is constructed makes it super easy to clean, especially the burners. It heats up quickly, and having two different size burners is helpful. Our new gas stove arrived with a leak and is out of commission until the manufacturer can get a repair person out here. Until then, my family still needs to eat and the oven and slow cooker can only get us so far. The OVENTE Electric Countertop Double Burner amicably filled in the gap left in our food preparation arsenal for a very reasonable price.
Tonight we made shrimp scampi. The burners aren't going to win any contests for water boiling speed, but the large burner was able to maintain a rolling boil for the pasta while the shrimp cooked in a pan on the smaller burner.
Even after our regular stove gets fixed we're going to keep this around due the ease of cleanup. Just wipe it and the surrounding counter down and you're good to go once the burners cool. No grates or deep grooves for grease to get under or into.

I purchased it because my kitchen is being worked on so I need something to cook my food. I know these don't heat up like my stove top which I expected but it still gets the job done. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it came scratched on the top of the stove and bent around the burner I almost think it could of been used I didn't try returning it because I needed it and it works so"¦"¦
